Karen Hintze, President:

 

Majoring in Architecture in college; I later returned to study Interior Design. I worked in Residential Interior Design, for a top NJ Designer.

As a hobby, I sourced and refinished antique furniture pieces. With appreciation for quality textiles and finishes, I am passionate about Decor, whether for the home, or business use.

With over 20 years experience as a Corporate Buyer, in Retail and Wholesale, I have always had my "hand" in Furniture and Finish selections. My most recent Buyer position was with the headquarters of a Financial Institution, selecting and purchasing for their corporate offices and bank branches.

In 2015 we launched KLH Planning and Design Co., based out of Oakland, N.J. We have recently relocated to Orange County, N.Y.

​

Our services include: Space Planning, Furniture and Finish selections, as well as Project Management. Our main focus is on Commercial businesses, especially: Corporate Offices, Government and Retail.
